• FAFSA-Free Application for Federal Student Aid Period.
• All HEEF applicants must complete the Financial Information Section
  In the HEEF On Line Application.
• Submit the FAFSA-Free Application for Federal Student Aid,
  If eligible to receive State of Federal financial aid.
• Complete the HEEF Financial Information Section only,
  If ineligible to receive State or Federal Financial Aid.
