The Program
The Orange County Hispanic Educational Endowment Fund (HEEF) serves students who live in Orange County (OC), California only. It provides scholarships for OC high school and community college graduates who enroll at a two year or four year college or university or Law School. HEEF supports scholarships, programs and institutions that respond to the educational needs of Hispanic youth. Our mission is to inspire, enhance and improve opportunities for Hispanic students.
Eligibility
Students may apply to more than one scholarship program but they may receive an award from only one fund or program. Refer to the ON LINE APPLICATION.
Each fund or program has its own criteria as listed on attached page. On your application, indicate scholarship programs for which you are eligible from the following:

Selection of Recipients
Applications will be reviewed by community advisors and Foundation staff. Candidates will be notified by email of their application status by March 31 of the application year. An awards ceremony will follow be held in June.
