Application Requirements - 2007

To be considered for a scholarship, you must:

•   Completely fill out and sign the 4-page application.


•   Write an essay as specified in the application.


•   Obtain an official transcript of your grades.


•   Submit in one large envelope:

1. The original plus two complete stapled copies of your 3-page application for each program to which you are applying
2. Your personal essay
3 . Your official transcript of grades

Incomplete or late applications will be disqualified!

All materials must be postmarked by FEBRUARY 15, 2008.  Regular mail is encouraged with no need for certified or other special mailings. All materials should be mailed to:
